High Processing Uniformity

(1) Grinding relative trajectory between the grinding disc and each point on the surface of workpiece had good time variability..

(2) Increasing the relative grinding motion of each point on the surface of workpiece rotation center , reducing the grinding traces repetition rate.

(3) Improve the uniformity of material removal rate on the surface of the workpiece.

(4) Improving the distribution of relative grinding velocity, making the grinding velocity distribution more uniform, it helps to improve the condition of the misdistribution of grinding radial velocity of planetary grinding method.

Nanoscale Roughness

The micro-surface roughness of the workpiece has reached the nanometer level. Deflection rotation grinding results(Ra mean value 6nm) has presented mirror effect , and the roughness and surface morphology near the center and the edge of the workpiece is almost no difference , the machining quality of the entire surface is very uniform.

The observation and detection of surface morphology and roughness of sample grinding effect have been done by using laser confocal microscope show that the surface roughness of workpiece has got nm level , deflection rotation grinding results(Ra mean value 6nm) has presented mirror effect.
